Can you deliver the boxes to events?
This is a popular question we often get asked. Yes! We can ship the boxes anywhere in mainland UK. The exact logistics around how your boxes will be shipped depends on a couple of factors such as where you are based, how many boxes need to be delivered and when you need them by. This will all be taken into consideration when we put your quote together to make sure you receive your boxes at the right place and time!
What's the timeline for corporate orders to be delivered?
Below are the approximate timelines for our corporate orders. We encourage you however to order further in advance where possible as we may be unable to accept last minute orders.
Pre-Built Corporate Boxes
- 1-20 Boxes - 3-5 days
- 21-50 Boxes - 2 weeks
- 50+ Boxes - 4 weeks
'Add My Brand' Boxes
4 weeks from the date designs are signed off*
* If you've also chosen to get personalised chocolate bars then timeline will be 6 weeks from the date designs are signed off.
Can we order in advance?
It's strongly advised that you order in advance if possible to avoid disappointment. As we're a small business we may not be able to accept last minute orders if we already have other large orders scheduled. Many of our clients order 2-3 months in advance.
Don't worry, ordering in advance doesn't mean that you'll need to store them. As part of placing your order we will ask you the date that you need them for. Delivery will be scheduled to take place 2-3 days before this date to make sure you receive all your boxes in good time.
Left it late? If you were hoping to place a last minute order please still get in touch and we'll try to help as best we can.
Can we order combinations of different boxes, books and chocolate?
If we offer it, you can have it! We know how difficult it can be to order for a large group, so combinations are encouraged when you order from us.
What's that?.. You want 50 Ladies 'Me-Time' boxes, 30 Mens 'Me-Time' Boxes, and 20 'Self Development' boxes, but you need 17 of them to be Vegan friendly? Not a problem!
Just let us know what you require and we'll look after the rest. All of our boxes come with stickers to indicate what's inside to make it easy for you to distribute them out.
Can we order a sample box before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely! We fully understand that you might want to see our gift boxes in person before placing a bulk order. Sample boxes that include a book can be ordered for £20. If you go on to place an order for 20 or more gift boxes then the price of the sample box will be discounted from your invoice.
Please note that sample boxes don't include any 'Add My Brand' customisations. All samples come in our standard Refresh By G packaging.

How does 'Add My Brand' work?
The process to customise your corporate gift boxes is simple.
- Choose any of our pre-built Gift Boxes as your 'base' (combinations accepted).
- Tell us about the customisations you'd like to make. This includes providing your company logo to be incorporated into the box design, the personal message you would like to be printed inside the box, your card design and personal message, the book (if any) you would like us to try and source (alternatively you can choose any of the books we have in stock), and the chocolate packaging design (if applicable).
- Once we have all of the information we need, we'll go ahead and build the designs to your specification. If you've chosen to design your own card or chocolate packaging, we'll send this to you for sign off before printing.
- Once the designs have been signed off by you, printing and packaging will begin.
- Gift Boxes will be delivered and you'll put a HUGE smile on your employees faces!
